Point Brittany 55+ condos are located in the southern part of Pinellas county on the lush island of Isla del Sol. Downtown, beaches, the Don Cesar, and the Skyway Bridge are just minutes away by taking the nearby Pinellas Bayway. This retirement community was originally THE development on Isla and intended as a retirement paradise.
Building 6 of Point BrittanyPart of Point Brittany’s amenities, by plan that is, was a 36 hole golf course located nearby. As the plans became finalized, the 36 hole course was trimmed to 18 holes allowing for later condos.
Towers one through four on Point Brittany do not have balconies. Only towers five and six have outdoor living area. Each of the towers also has its own flavor for decorations and construction style.

Point Brittany’s boat docks represent one of the most affordable ways in Pinallas to keep a boat. The last set of rules allowed residents to stay docked free with arrangements by the dock master.
The property also feature tennis courts and spectacular water views.
