Old Northeast

Hidden away behind the Vinoy and the 4th Avenue business district is a quaint subdivision in Old Northeast St. Petersburg. Locals know this once sleepy area as prime real estate where famous architects designed historic homes hidden under the live oak trees.

Most of the homes are situated along red brick roads with ample use of 20’s influences. You will notice special octagon “pavers” used to build some of the older side walks, spanish moss hanging from the mature trees, and an assortment of proud home owners flying college and neighborhood flags.
