Built in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s primarily, Barcley Estates was designed as an upscale community of custom homes. Each property tends to have a large tract of land, pine trees, oak trees, and generous plantings. The Barcley Estates neighborhood association keeps the area friendly, clean, and well maintained.

The Barcley Estates neighborhood is hidden away off of 9th st behind bordering condominium units, 83rd Avenue N, a local waterway, and businesses that border Gandy Blvd. You will have to search out one of the 3 cul de sac entrances.
